Terms & Conditions

Play n Chill provides an online reservation service for physical sports venues and offline sporting events. We do not offer, host, or facilitate any online games, games of chance, betting, wagering, fantasy sports, or real-money gaming of any kind.

All payments collected through the Platform are solely for venue slot reservations, coaching sessions, or offline event participation fees. All sporting activities take place in person at the physical partner venue. Play n Chill acts as a booking intermediary connecting players with offline sports facilities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Play n Chill (the "Platform"), including our website and any related services for discovering and booking sports venues, joining events, and participating in tournaments and leagues. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

• Venue and slot availability is provided by venue partners and may change without notice; we do not guarantee availability until a booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.
• All payments are exclusively for offline venue slot reservations or event participation fees. No payment is for online gameplay or digital goods.
• Prices shown include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All sessions, tournaments, and leagues on the Platform are physical, offline sporting events held at partner venues. Some events may be created or hosted by other users or third-party organisers. Play n Chill is not responsible for the conduct of organisers or participants, but expects all users to follow venue rules and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, venue staff, or organisers.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

All content on the Platform, including the Play n Chill name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

The Platform connects players with venues and other users; we are not the operator of the venues listed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play n Chill is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of any venue, equipment, or interaction with other users. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we believe is harmful to other users, venue partners, or the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
