Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for venue slot bookings, events, and tournament registrations made through Play n Chill. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

• You can cancel a confirmed slot booking from the "My Bookings" section of your account before the scheduled slot time.
• Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the slot start time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the slot start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
• Venue partners may apply additional cancellation rules shown at the time of booking; the stricter of the two policies will apply.

If a venue partner or Play n Chill cancels a confirmed booking (for example, due to maintenance, weather, or unavailability), you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation window above.

Refunds for paid events, tournaments, or league registrations follow the cancellation window set by the organiser at the time of registration, shown before you complete payment. If no window is specified, the general 6-hour rule above applies.

• Eligible refunds are initiated immediately and processed through Razorpay to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• You will receive an email/notification confirming the refund once it has been initiated.

If a payment is deducted but a booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay within the standard processing window. If you do not see a refund after 7 business days, contact us with your transaction details.
