How do I book a court or slot?
Browse available slots at partner venues on the Book Slots page or pick a venue, choose a time that fits your schedule, and pay to confirm. Your court reservation appears under My Bookings — show your booking receipt at the venue.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, credit/debit cards, or netbanking. You only pay for your own slot reservation — all play happens in person at the physical venue.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel. See the full refund policy for exact timelines and amounts.
What if a slot or session is full?
Full sessions open a waitlist. Joining is free — if a spot frees up, we notify you and your place is confirmed automatically.
What do skill levels on sessions mean?
Sessions can be tagged Beginner, Intermediate, or Pro so you can find other players of similar ability at the venue. "All levels" sessions are open to everyone — just show up and play.
How do I find sessions near me?
Tap "Near me" on the Book Slots or Venues page and allow location access in your browser. We sort sessions and venues by distance from you. Your location is only used for sorting and never stored on our servers.
Where can I see my bookings?
All confirmed and past bookings live under My Bookings in the menu. Each booking has a receipt you can open and share — present it at the venue to check in.
